Fix Bunny Hopping
It would be nice to see a cap/limit put on the amount if times a person can bunny hop while shooting. Thoughts?

@spIash_damage maybe if you jump 5 time's you cant jump anymore and by the 3rd jump you wil have a lower height and the 4th even lower
and sprint jumping should have the exact same speed as normal sprinting.
other than that i got nothing else
