Founders awards not showing

Founder's Edition  should have all of the contents included in Deluxe Edition

(according to this chart: https://www.origin.com/pol/en-us/store/plants-vs-zombies/pvz-battle-for-neighborville/interstitial).

To acces this chart you have to click "Get the game" button

While the only thing that I've got is the chomper unicorn hat.

I wonder if this is technical issue or mistake in the chart.

Can someone please resolve my doubts.

I have similiar problem.

I've got chomper hat and prize bulbs but the chart on the store site it can be clearly seen that Founder's Edition owners should receive same awards as Deluxe Edition owners.

You can acces the chart at by clicking "Get the game" button on the PVZ:BFN origin site.

I don't know whether it is mistake in the chart or technical issue.

I have been part of this Founders thing since the beginning and my 12yo son has been playing as well on his account.  Since the October 1 update he has not been able to use any tacos, marshmallows, badges etc... that he has found at any vendors.  Now that the game has fully released I was given 30 bulbs just for participating but he was given NOTHING.  What is going on?  What can I do to fix this for him?  This is completely unfair to the primary person this was meant for.  

I am having the same issue with my son's account and EA customer support keeps shrugging it off.  PlayStation is saying it is not on there end but EAs. also payed for the Deluxe expansion for him and yet that content he hasn't got either.

Same issue, my wife and I received it but not son.  Also purchased Deluxe expansion for son and that content won't show up on account either.  Going to Rux isn't part of the issue either.  My son's news feed also shows less than my wife's and mine.

I’ve got exactly the same issue. I’ve receive the unicorn chopper hat and 30 bulbs but not my son. My son uses his pocket money to purchase the deluxe edition but receives nothing. Works on my profile. Saw on another thread that you need to be 13 to get anything. This is crazy and needs sorting please EA. Game is rated 7 so ALL content should be available!

Same issue, but I even went a step further. I bought an extra deluxe upgrade for my daughter on her account thinking that maybe she needed to have purchased her own copy to get them, and no luck. So I'm the sucker who bought it twice I guess.

This was fixed for me yesterday on Xbox. All child account finally received the gifts and 30 bulbs.
