Freezes at flower after connecting to servers.

I am on xbox one and everytime i boot this game up and can get passed the connecting to ea servers but after that it freezes and i get sent back to my xbox home screen iv'e tried profiles after profi...

UPDATE
I have spoke to many people on customer support and nothing has helped it is no way my internet because it run everygame just fine so im tired of hearing that.

    Ok so im going to get a xbox series s today to see if it helps at 12:30 am very late but my friend has one for me ill tell if it works
