Game crashes when exiting mailbox.

Every time I hit back to get out of the mailbox, the game freezes and I have to close it with the task manager.

    Theres a few posts on this, there is a known crash here.  sorry about this, you should get through eventually to import or look at mailbox

Im having the same problem. Cant close the mailbox or import my GW1 save file.

I've had crashes both while using the mailbox and exiting. I managed to import and do all the rest to do in there after a few tries though so it all should work.

But yes the mailbox is crashing the game, I'll recommend leaving it alone once you've gotten your importing done.

    Its a bug we are looking to fix, sorry everyone.  Its not 100% so you should be able to get in eventually
