The main issue is it's using your HD4000 and not your nVidia.  See the link above it gives pictures.

If you update your drivers for the HD4000 it will "run" but it won't be playable I doubt.

You need to be sure it's using the nVidia.

    Moved to Garden Warfare section.

What are the specs of your PC? Have you tried running a repair install or running Origin as Admin?

The comparative laptop card for minimum performance is the GTX 750m.  A GT 640 is below the requirements, but some games players have been satisfied with various n40m cards for the game.  For desktops, the perfprmance is better for the various Geforce graphics cards.  A GT n20 (either desktop OR laptop) is so far down, you cannot expect to play the game correctly with it.

Problem sure sounds like it's using the HD4000 and not the nVidia.

(Replace BF:H with PvZ; it's the same thing)

nVidia Control Panel -> 3D Settings -> Program Settings -> Add Program (PvZ) -> High Performance Processor

    ----------------

720m... not sure how well it's going to run though, should be better than a HD4000 atleast.

The texture corruption is coming from the HD4000 drivers being outdated... but you don't want it to use that anyways.

Update the HD4000 just because it's good to be on latest:
