game wont open-says not connected to internet after asking for product key

I own Plants vs Zombies. I recently got a new computer and downloaded the EA app and then Plants vs Zombies game. The first night I did this it worked great! The next day and every day since it work ...

I just wanted to say this in case someone else stumbles upon this thread with the same issue, PrincessrozeeS solution worked for me today! Just copied the full path into the address bar and hit delete, problem solved!
