Garden Ops Spilt Screen not working

No one else having this? Still can't can't get it to work!!

I have the same issue. Trying to play this with my son in split screen. We can play everything in split screen except garden and graveyard ops. We get the same issue, player one screen gets stuck on creating game session and I have to restart the game.This is really a shame because the split screen ops was our favorite in the original garden warfare and was the main mode we purchased this game for.

exactly the same as everyone else, the children are trying to play garden/graveyard ops split screen and the 1st player says waiting and basically just crashes so we have to exit out of the game and start over. Its so frustrating!

Good to see it's not just me, now just need a fix from EA.

Still have this issue. I have read on another forum where players had this issue and they both used the EA access free trial before buying the game. I can confirm I also used the EA access trial then converted over to the full game, digital deluxe edition. I also tried to play split screen on the trial and the official message was that it wasn't working properly but rest assured that split screen would be functional when the game was released.

Can anyone else confirm that they used the EA access trial and are having this issue? What version did you purchase, digital or disc? If you did in fact have the EA access trial did you try to access split screen co op on it and get the error message?

Used EA Access and purchased the Digital Delux version. Can't remember if I tried to access garden ops on the trial though.

My case has been escalated and I am waiting to hear back through e-mail only as I have been told by chat and phone support. So far I am extremely disappointed with EA customer support knowledge of their product and will post back here if I get a response.
