Garden Variety Pack will not download

I just bought PvZ: Garden Warfare today, and I got in the game and it told me to download an update, which was the Garden Variety Pack. I install it, but everytime that I do, it goes through the installation from 1-99%, then goes back to 0%, then 1%, then all the way to 98%, and it does this several times before finally saying "Cannot Download Garden Variety Pack." Does anyone have any idea what could be going on?

I just got off an hour long chat with xbox support and it turns out it has nothing to do with xbox. it has something to do with EA or the DLC

Start the download, goes almost instantly form 1% to 98%..Stops at 99%, sits for a minute then goes back to 0% and starts all over.  Does this in an infinite loop.  Any ideas?

Yep, I too can now join the group of unhappy people who cannot complate this download....

Okay, just bought this game today from EB Games (Xbox 360 version).  It downloads an 18MB title update, then attempts to download this Garden Warfare variety pack - it's gets to 98% then flicks to 0%, back to 98, then 99, then zero before you get the message "Can't Download"PvZ Garden Variety Pack".  In my 5 years of owning a 360 this has NEVER happened before today, what is going on and how do we fix it?

i just tested this by uninstalling GV pack then reinstalling and had no issues.

also reinstalled the GV pack once i had it already installed.

on xbox360 and i can't seem to duplicate this problem.

so for whatever reason it seems its just a handful of people having this issue.

Well if it helps I have a 2009 model 360 (Jasper chipset), it's never been a hindrance before
