Garden Variety Pack will not download

just spoke to an advisor, super slow responses, said the issue hadn't been reported till now and to try clearing my cache ..... obviously didn't work. Apparently this information has now been passed on the the relevent department and esculated as a priority  - what a waste of my day. going to go and play something else - thats if i dont have to wait all day for an update after clearing my caches. 

I'm having the same problem, my son saved their money up for 3 weeks to buy this game.  When last night to get the game and can't even play it.   I restarted the download 3 times without anything.  This is my first experience with EA not a happy customer.

same here... just bought the game today, but can't do anything without downloading the variety pack... which as has already been said, wont finish downloading properly... hope they fix it soon, just can't wait to play :P

My son had been saving for weeks.  Picked up the game last night and it won't download.  I even tried going to a friends house and copying their file to a usb drive.  That didn't work either.  My son is extremely frustrated.

still nothing has been done to fix the dlc and im very upset i think ima just go and get my money back cause if this dosent get resolve i might as well find something that ea dosent own and play a game that will keep me entertain and i was really excited for this game as well ☹️

Just talked to EA and they stated that i needed 6GB of storage space, which i only have 4GB.  Will try this tonight see if it works.

Well E.A. the "handfull" of people are now growing with my son having the same issue after buying it today and his friend who lives at the other side of town getting the error as well . ONCE AGAIN EA UTTER **bleep** SUPPORT REFUND OUR MONEY !

it dosent cause i have 18.6 gb and the **bleep** still isnt working at all bro ea is just trolling  you hard
