Great Job on the Ice/fire Rose nerfs! The speed reduction to charging their weapons really balanced them out. Now Roses can't just spam those all they want. Now they actually have to think and strategize when to use it.

Not really imho. Fire/Ice were already a lot weaker than basic rose. Now the only reason to pick them, the charged shot, is useless. Not because you have to think when to use, just because there is no good reason to use it.
