Another hacker going by the name <No Naming and Shaming>, same thing as you described. one shot everyone even it's just a scratch you will die and be respawned instantly, no time for revive. he was only a level 8 account so i guess they're testing this hack tools as playing around and ruin everybody else's game.
He got 145 kills in a 20 min game and the next highest kill record was only 31.
I did not report too, did not know how.
Seriously, this is a family friendly game, and there's children playing it if you listen to the voice of other players. Imagine what will children think when they meet someone like this that can one shot you just because they cheated.
STOP them. Fix the damn issue.
How to Report Cheaters :
In Game: Tab (score screen), Click Player, Click View Profile, Report, Type: Cheating Where: Origin ID

This isn't the first game to have cheats and in my experience they aren't that common here; at least the "really bad ones" like you describe.

Honestly the biggest danger I see is they see it, go google something to be like that guy, it's fake and steals all your personal information.
