Hello. Im Wondering about Linux Support

im honestly kinda mad that i cant play pvz garden warfare 2 on linux when i literally bought it on steam. i understand that ea might be worried about hackers on linux since the anticheat is kernel level, but if thats the main reason why linux cant play it then can you guys at least add an offline mode for linux users? i dont even care if i cant play online, i just wanna play the game i paid for. i already own it on steam and im not asking for a free copy or anything. proton can run a ton of windows games on linux, so it really sucks that gw2 is basically locked out because of the anticheat. even just letting linux users play the offline stuff would be better than nothing.

i also own multiple plants vs zombies plushies and im a fan of the franchise, and im also gonna be buying garden warfare 1 later.
