PLEASE FIX Battle For Neighborville on Nintendo Switch 2!!
I have been trying to play PvZ: Battle For Neighborville on my new Nintendo Switch 2 for the past 2-3 days and it CONSTANTLY keeps crashing!! When I load into the game, while in Giddy Park, my screen starts glitching and flickering super bad it is very bad to look at and hurts my eyes. When I try loading into an offline match of any mode the game crashes almost 100% of the time. It will close the app and my Nintendo Switch 2 will say, “This software needed to close due to an error.” Then when I go back in and try a different mode, it does the SAME THING. I don’t understand why we can’t just play the game. You guys are literally losing out on money if you don’t fix this. We need the game officially optimized for the Nintendo Switch 2, and while you’re at it, you could even update it to handle 60fps because the Switch 2 can now handle 60fps pretty smooth. Also I have heard from some other people that apparently Battle For Neighborville isn’t even AVAILABLE for purchase on the Switch 2 eShop. They locked the game so no one can buy it, hopefully that means they’re going to fix it? But I would still like someone from EA to get back to me and let me know what the situation is. PLEASE HELP! Thanks EDIT: After doing a bit more testing it’s actually worse than I thought, there were a few times where I went into the game and it would crash before I could even select a GAME MODE. Also, the few times I was able to play an entire match while the screen was flashing, as soon as the game ended, the game just crashed. Nothing I could do about it. This game DEFINITELY needs fixed. FIX PVZ BFN S2
Switch is has if not the most player activity for Battle for Neighborville. It is loved and it is absolutely unPLAYABLE on the switch 2. I literally hopped on this forum just to say this. You will experience frequent crashes, even lowers graphics, and literally being launched across the map. Please fix this.
Plants vs. Zombies 1 for PS5 and Switch
Since xbox is the only console where you can still play the console version of plants vs zombies 1 thanks to being backwards compatible with the xbox 360 (and it's also available on game pass but only for xbox consoles), it would be so cool to port it for the other consoles like ps5 and switch since the ps5 it's not backwards compatible with the ps3 and nintendo never got that version on home consoles. It's kinda necessary at this point since it's so hard to play the console versions nowdays because not everyone has an xbox and not a lot of people owns a ps3 nowdays, it's also difficult to find physical copies of the game too and they're overpriced. Would be glad to at least get some kind of response!My kid lost access to the game we bought.
We bought PVZ Neighborville years ago, and my kid has played that game online more than any other game on the Switch, over 300 hours. All of a sudden he can’t play online anymore. He is over 10, so he should be able to, but it won’t even give the option to login to an EA account anymore, just refuses to connect. I am very frustrated that he put hundreds of hours and tons of work into a game we paid a lot of money for and suddenly he can’t play anymore. What gives??? Because I would not have paid full price for this game for him if he wasn’t able to pay it, so at the moment I’m feeling robbed to be honest.
I can't connect online in Switch Battle for Neighborville
I think it's been a few weeks since this has been happening (I could play it like normal before), for some reason everytime I tried playing the game it would always say that I can't connect to the servers, despite my internet working fine and having switch online. The only thing I recall doing differently was changing the switch's clock for a completely different game, but idk if this has anything to do. Is there a way to fix this?
[Resolved] Change the Mystery Portal Rotation, Please!
There are multiple achievements that are unobtainable at the moment (Check this post for more information about them) There are 5 achievements tied to game modes you cannot play anymore. How you used to play these game modes is when they would go live in the Town Hall Mystery Portal for a limited time. In January back in 2020, the Mystery Portal was changed. PopCap stopped supporting Garden Warfare 2 to continue development on Battle for Neighborville. To avoid shutting down the Mystery Portal, they made the Mystery Portal automated by making it rotate game modes based off of a list of what to play dependent on what month. The problem with this rotation is that they didn't include any live event game modes that have achievements tied to them. So at the moment, getting all GW2 achievements is actually impossible. (Check the post I linked above for what they are.) Current Rotation: - January: Lawn-A-Thon 1 - Febuary: Lawn-A-Thon 2 - March: Legends of the Brawl - April: Capture the Taco - May: Tactical Team Up - June: To Heal or Not - July: Rando's Rapid Revenge - August: Lawn-A-Thon 1 - September: Lawn-A-Thon 2 - October: Legends of the Brawl - November: To Heal or Not - December: Rando's Rapid revenge In my opinion, the most favorable option would be getting someone from the community to make a schedule everyone is happy with. A different solution that's automated, and easier to do would be exchanging some of the game mode repeats in the list for game modes like Cats vs. Dinos and Boss Hunt. For example, you can replace the repeated August Lawn-A-Thon 1 with Cats vs. Dinos, and September's Lawn-A-Thon 2 with Boss Hunt. All of the content with these game modes are in the game when you download it, so releasing an update that players need to download wouldn't be necessary. The only problem I see with this is that Boss Hunt has 4 different playable hunts, Brothers Gnomus, Yeti King, Spooky Squash, and Sasquatch. You would have to pick one of these to put into the rotation, but I think implementing a system that makes the game randomly pick one of them when you enter the portal to play is the best choice instead of picking 1 and neglecting the other 3.
Update GW 2
Pvz gw 2 has such good potential to make the closest come back ever!!! EA, how can you not see that people want a new update, people on public networks are getting thousands and thousands of views by making content about the game even though it has not received an update for years. Numbers dont lie.
