How do I get a refund for purchased GW2 DLC that isn't showing up in-game

I purchased DLC For GW2 and it's not showing up in-game. I got absolutely nothing for my money.

    what where you playing on or should I say what did you buy it for?

    You need to check your mailbox to claim it, or sometimes you need to go to the store to make sure to 'download' it.
