Lost account progress pvz bfn
I lost all my progress on pvz bfn in the playstation account. I just reinstalled pvz after signing the ps plus again and lost everything i have done in the game.

Hey there,
The progress is stored on your PSN and EA accounts. If you took a break from playing the game and started again now, please make sure you're using the same PlayStation account as you used before. Also, if your PlayStation and EA accounts have been unlinked, you might lose the progress. Did you unlink any accounts since you stopped playing?
I didn't unlink my account and I'm still using the same playstation account as before.

In this case you should still have the progress saved on your account. Can you please confirm when was the last time you played and had your progress?
It was a long time ago, somewhere between june and july 2022, in the same console with the same account

In this case I suggest that you contact EA Help Support and check with them if everything is ok with your account. They should be able to see when you linked the accounts and confirm the correct account you used to play in the past.
