How i can get stump ?

Hello guys, I saw in multiplayer people who played stump. Tell me friends how i can get him ?

The Torchwood and Hover Goat 3000 characters can only be obtained by completing the 4 Trials of Gnomus, defeating each Trial's Guardian and then piecing together the code to summon the Rainbow Guardian and defeating him.

Once you do that you can begin unlocking the Torchwood and Hover Goat 3000.

You also need to open the locks with rainbow stars. Each chest has 5 locks. Each lock costs 15 rainbow stars. So, a single chest costs 75 stars.
