how to get a refund. no answers to my trouble reports. does not work on my pc

This isn't Gamestop, nor is it EA, nor is this even Origin.  This is Answer HQ. The game player self help discussion site.  We can talk here, we cannot refund for Gamestop.

As you have purchased from a third party retailer you need to contact them to get a refund.

I don't know how returns of used game codes work at GameStop... but I think I have a pretty good guess.

Since you bought the game at Gamestop, any refunds you might want will have to be with them.

The game does not show up in the Origin order history because you didn't order the game in Origin.

Hey I never said anyone wasn't supposed to ASK, just not to expect more from any of us, in here, instead of from Gamestop, in the way of satisfaction!  .
