how to get a refund. no answers to my trouble reports. does not work on my pc

hi. downloaded the game to my pc after buying the activation code from game stop. it does not run properly. tried to get refund but the game does not show in my order history...how do i get a refu...

You can ask these things here, Gorath is just grumpy 😛

Since you bought the game at Gamestop, any refunds you might want will have to be with them.

The game does not show up in the Origin order history because you didn't order the game in Origin.

Hey I never said anyone wasn't supposed to ASK, just not to expect more from any of us, in here, instead of from Gamestop, in the way of satisfaction!  .
