It might be something to do with the town hall since they added stuff inside it. It now looks like construction is happening inside it. I'm guessing that you need to find a item then talk to the first mission character since the arrow doesn't disappear when you talk to them.
Nice find, i searched throughout the entire backyard and only found two different things, #1- The shop in the sewers with rat is now "For Lease" with safetey tape all over it. #2-The town hall has gnome construction workers working on something inside. You can tell by their voices that they are gnomes, and if you peek through the little opennings in the town hall building, you will find a gourd like the one in the multiplayer portals. So theres a possibility of us getting some kind of new mode.
- I noticed that it is in both the Plant and Zombie books, so it is probably not faction specific.
Both starter quest givers also have the ! over their heads, meaning that they may be involved... Or it is a side effect of the two completed story quests being removed from the quest log. Well I just know that we cannot get 2 items because these quest do not exist currently. One is a citron hat and I couldn't find what zombie assesory is missing.
