I tab to scoreboard like others have mentioned and the origin in game overlay appears after clicking on view profile. Report them for cheating there. Seems pretty painless and works well enough. Question is if EA does anything with them. I imagine they do.

Please no naming and shaming on a public board.  Contact EA.

No naming and shaming?  Seriously, what does it matter; these cheating dirtbags obviously have NO SHAME for what they do.  For them, its about waving the largest E-peen that they can and get, what?  So they can say they're better than everyone else?  Online?  I'd name every single one of them if I thought EA would give a tinker's damn and do something about them, but they could care less; they're paying customers, they're giving the company money, the execs and other other 'important people' in the company could care less if they're contributing to the eventual FAILURE of would could've been a great game.  What do they care that the cheats, botters, aimhackers and whatnot are dragging Pop-Cap's beloved IP through the mud with every match?  Matches are unplayable now, barely a week after PC launch; now every lobby has between three to five "i can one-shot you" cheats MINIMUM.

I love this game; I really do.  I love multiplayer shooters in general.  But if EA or someone from Popcap or whoever's in charge of monitoring the game doesn't get on the stick soon and do something about these cheaters I can promise you this game will not grow much, if at all, in the year(s) to come.  You'll be cranking out content for a legion of empty servers.  VALVE probably has some of the best anti-cheat protection in the industry; not once during the years of playing games like TF2 or HL2DM have I run into such a wave of blatant cheating.  You can't tell me that it can't be done; someone in the chain of command either didn't think of it or just doesn't give a flip about it.

P.S. Game needs push-to-talk option.  Seriously.  Like freakin' YESTERDAY.  G'damn.

P.P.S.  if this post gets blocked/banned/erased, I'll just move on and repost it again and again until someone freakin' listens.

ok the naming & shaming is to protect players that are being reported here for cheating but may actually not be guilty. its kinda like the law for they are innocent until proven guilty in which stop taddling to the world and just tell EA since they are the only ones who have the ability to stop the cheaters or prove the innocent.

  • I have been enjoying this game very much.....till today. I ran across someone who killed me from a distance with one shot every time from 125 health with his agent pea. One shot. He ended up over 70 kills every game....if I had the foresight to have written down his name, I sure as heck would "name and shame". As far as I'm concerned a cheater is easily spotted and naming them is just. Do you need someone like Zack Scott or Ilutim to complain before something is done about this?. Next time, I'll be more through...but something IN GAME needs to be developed to kick these cheaters off..surely with your fancy algorithms you can figure out an agent pea cannot kill from across the game with ONE SHOT.......REPEATEDLY.
