I believe i have been falsely banned from garden warfare 2

someone came into my twitch chat telling me to join multiplayer and i can no longer connect to online matches and sometimes i even hear the voice chat after being kicked to the backyard. interestingly unlike most cases, my character levels arent bugged i just get kicked back to the yard everytime i try to connect

    it is not an EA account ban, it's a person abusing dev tools to ban me in the game

    there is no prompt that i have been banned persay but i cant connect to multiplayer lobbies and my ea account itself still fully functions

    thank you for redirecting me, i believe theyre preventing future unwarranted bans which is great, but I'm not sure this update will fix my problem as how are they to determain who is and isnt falsely banned, should i wait for this update then contact them about it?

    ive contacted support and they say i dont have a ban on my account, so what else could it possibly be

    @PhoenixSDG 

    I got some info on this one last night. These actually resolve themselves. The EA account itself is not banned. The team is aware it is happening and if and when this happens to players, you simply have to wait. There is not a specific timeframe you need to wait but it should refresh daily and fix itself. Just try not to log into the game for a good 24 hours so the system can refresh itself.

    @EA_Shepard have the same issue, been waiting for a week KEKW, nothing is helping even EA is clueless

    Hey everyone.

    I created a new thread for those who are stuck at level 46/ maxed out mismatched data specifically! (one t thing at a time).

    If you are having this issue, or see threads on it, please post the info on that thread and share that thread to others as well!

    I am trying to get as many players posting info as I can so I can get this sent up!
