I can’t play Plants vs Zombies battle for neighborhood online using my Nintendo

Question

I tried all the different methods that EA suggested, and I even tried doing the synchronize clock via Internet thing like people suggested. &nbsp;My Nintendo Switch online subscription is not expired and I can play online games that’s not EA. &nbsp;When I long on PVZ I get the play offline or online options I can play offline fine but when I choose the online option I get, (Unable to connect to EA servers at this time. Please check your network connection and try again later. See ea.com/unable-to-connect for additional information.) &nbsp;I have been dealing with this for 8 days now. &nbsp;So I was wondering if this is just me or not and if you have any ideas or suggestions would be appreciated.

Hi @plAyeR_ACE_007 , what's happening when you try to link your accounts? Is your EA account underage by any chance? That could explain why you are unable to play online.

@plAyeR_ACE_007 Thank you for your reply. Was your Nintendo account linked to a previous EA account, and was unlinked recently ?

@EA_CathYes. It was previously on a different Nintendo account but I switch it. Is that why I can’t play online?
