@EA_Darkono i don't but when i plug in my steam controller it says something about pressing esc but i still can't move or press any thing

Community ManagerHey @Tommytherock1 can you try disconnecting the Steam controller and launching the game again to see if it works.
If so this would point to the issue being with the Steam controller which is not an officially supported one. If you are having issues with the Steam controller then it is worth adding any games you have the issue with to your Steam library and launching from there.

@EA_Darkoun plugging the steam controler doe not do anything, the steam controler works fine with all other games in the steam library

If you try to use mouse and keyboard @Tommytherock1 do you have the same issue? Can you ensure that you unplug all USB devices and then try a clean boot of your system: https://help.ea.com/en/help/faq/how-to-clean-boot-your-pc/
