I cant play ranked, error conection...

Hello, since this morning i cant play ranked mode, créate new cards or complete daily works ... just can play in campaign mode... In the screen appear a internet conection error but i try in 4 difer...

Same thing here. Tried to redownload and now can't even play. Stuck at the sync game progress screen..

      I call to EA and the solución is créate A new account... i've lost all my progress ☹️

        EA doesn't really help. Apparently it happens after you complete a quest with a character. Mine was Immorticia. It's been happing with a lot of people and they haven't solved the problem at all.
        it's a bug and they need to resolve as it will keep happening over and over.
