i can't redeem product code, it says "already been used"
hello
i just download plant vs zombies a moment ago and i want to play it. but whenever i click "play" button origin ask me to enter product key. i click the "enter the product key" button, and EA ask me to enter my email and my origin account password, but it says that my email or password is invalid. i try it several times, typing my email and password carefully i even try "forget my password". but when i enter my email and my new password, it says that my email or account is invalid. 😕mileyfrustrated:
then i tried to redeem the product code that provided in the game details but it says that the code already been used. i try to restart the origin and doing all over again but it still the same. i tried to uninstall the game and reinstall it, but it wont work. what happend??? please help. i want to play that game. what's the point of me downloading that game if i can't play it?? 😕mileymad:
