I can't upgrade to teen account on BfN Switch

Whenever I try to log in, the game tells me to upgrade to a teen account (I haven't played in years, I don't know if this issue is new,) but when I try to enter my email, it just takes me back to the screen where I need to accept the user agreement and privacy and cookies policy. I have GW2 on my PC, so it's not a huge deal, but I used to play this game a lot and I wanted to try it out again.
