I didnt get my pack

Hello EA the season of PVZ HEROES just ended today and I didnt receive my pack and my 300 gems for my second place in the grass war. The same thing happen to me when I got my 15 daily reward, I was suppose to get a pack and I got nothing again. So I am missing 2 heroes pack and 300 gems

    I have the same issue i also got 2nd place and got no gems just a pack with a common card that i didnt receive. i also got nothing for the 15 day reward
