Hey 8ibmgy2e2qrw could you please confirm the name of the game?
If that's the original PvZ on mobile, it's not really easy to recover your progress.
You could try uninstalling and reinstalling the game to see if that does the trick, but beyond that, since the game is a bit old, there isn't much to be done, and you might need to start over!
