im loading in stuck spinning around and i cant move

I loaded the game today after work and loaded in fine. But when I click play, and spawn in, my character looks up and starts spinning around and I can't move. I tried unplugging my controller I use for another game on PC. But even when I unplug it, I'm still stuck doing the same thing. I have no control whatsoever. I repaired the files, and tried a reload. Didn't work for me. Only difference from yesterday when I played and today was shutting down my computer. Anyone else experience this?
