Are your coins displayed? Have you ever been able to get past the main menu?

Its Displayed,but its 0 because i cant open the sticker shop

also,i tryed to reset the game,and not fixed

Does the billboard on the main menu display any news? If not, it sounds like you're not connected to EA Servers.

no news,i will restart because of my mom

You could try going offline then online in origin while the game is booted. Although I dont know how that would be any different from rebooting the game.

i click offline button and i clicked at online,and nothing fixed

When you booted the game did it take a long time to connect to EA servers? If it connected at all?
