Imp-Throwing Gargantuar

This creature is supposed to make an imp with amphibious whenever it is damaged. Since the imps have amphibious, I expect the Gargantuar to be able to spawn them also on water. I had a full board in the zombie campaign exept for one water line. My Gargantuar got damaged and did not spawn anything.
