I know right. It's beyond ridiculous. I'm rank 20 and still have not unlocked a legendary character. It annoys me when I see a rank 1 with a legendary. Millions of coins spent and still no legendary unlock.

@linger4606 I have also spent about that much if not more and I don't have any yet.
we do not need increased chances. I have all legendary characters and hats so it is possible to get them. But if you get all legendary items what else will you spend your coin on? I have 16 million coins and nothing to spend them on. I would be happy if they introduce silver, gold, diamond, and gem versions.
