It's called legendary for a reason, sorry, not everyone should have them. Pray the RNG and it will bless you

How does this make any sense? There is no true way to unlock these characters through actual work. It's just spending coins on 15k packs and hoping and hoping you get lucky. They are "legendary" because Pop Cap thought that doing this would put some BS longevity in their game along with all their BS gem, gold, silver, platinum, and chocolate customization items.
