Hi all,
The fix should now be live for pack openings and you should start to see them as normal as you finish challenges etc that reward packs.
I'm going to remove the sticky on this thread now but please let me know if you run into any further issues.

I had the same problem, so reported it. Got a message saying they are aware of it and offering me 100gems, which was good as I could then buy the pack that was missing, so I replied and said that would be good. Next day I get a message from someone else, saying they can't help, as they are not trained for it??? Very confused.
It's still not fixed 3 years later
