Randomly lost PvZ progress on IPhone

my phone is an iPhone XR with ios 18.5

I paused a Pvz game I was on and suddenly the game crashed and when I went back in all my progress was gone, everything, fyi I pressed the adventure button, I have gameplay of me beating zomboss before this happened, the game I paused wasn’t that zomboss fight but a pool level 1 level
