I have the same issue.  I'm on the PC with over your requirements. I work in the software industry.  I find it ridiculous that if people have had this issue since Oct. 2019 that is has not been addressed. I understand this is a game and it's not some life threatening Hospital software but is this even been looked into yet.  When can we expect a resolution? Anyone respond with that yet?

Deleted and re-installed the game, worked OK for a while, but now back to invisible characters again.  Only able to play a couple of games until unplayable again.
