Is there any update at all on this, it worries me on trello it is just marked as "Long term investigation"?

I have been having this problem for a long time now and it is so frustrating because the game is so much fun, but you go to change characters and they go invisable. You can then only play as the same character as that remains visable until eventually other characters disappear.
