Info gathering: BfN Invisible Characters

Hi, we're tracking an issue where some players are spawning into the game while invisible, and are unable to perform actions.  If you're affected by this can we gather the following info? What ...

    Hey guys, we just wanted to check in if anyone's seeing this show up again since the patch. Things have improved from what we can see.

      @EA_David It had been a bit better for me generally before the update - I'd rarely been getting it when switching teams / characters, just had a few peculiar games of Ops where AI were invisible & a weekly event where some of my team-mates were.
      Haven't been in much since the update but will keep you posted 👍

      @EA_DavidHi, sorry but I've just come across it again. Was in Plant Base as Peashooter, switched via respawn menu option to Space Cadet & spawned in as invisible, unable to move, blacked-out abilities 🙁

      Added: Again, could only spawn in as Peashooter - no other character on either team would correctly spawn
