I've tried clearing the cache and uninstalling and reinstalling the game and it hasn't changed anything

My Shadow Flower and Plyon Imp are no longer stuck at 0. They are however a class behind. Where the were at Super Elite now just Elite. I'm assuming it was due to the loss of XP instead of gaining. It's a minor setback for the resolution that I don't mind.

@EA Andy. I leveled up my pylon imp to lvl 20 but I cannot promote him. I am still having this problen

  Ive had a similar problem with my hot rod chomper and pylon imp but EA resuses to respond.I recommend calling customer support.
