3)Scientist ,Chemist variant, Enhanced Unobtanium spray damage upgrade worked one game now it doesn't
4) I think I got this from the free supremium pack that was issued and I played a game of Gardens and Graveyards and now it doesn't work and in the sticker book and character customization screen it says unlocked there.

This is a completely different issue from the rest of the thread. You should make a new post.
The original issue was about the character skills (ie: Sticky Bomb, etc) or character variants not unlocking correctly.
