Problem

hi if your talking about pvz heroes you need to put your phone in american english to make it work and yes that's a bug that happen for a whole year now but ea wont fix it 

Can you explain to me how I can do that?

i cant really help but go to settings language and put it in american and if you have more than two language just delete your native language because pvz heroes while change to native automatically also delete your personnal data via the app settings and reconnect if you want help contact me on discord : Azuryte
