My game has completely forgot my unlocks. It's like I am starting fresh and I'm still signed in and still level 29 on the game.

Buc Nasty68 is my tag and I am using an xbox 1.

Correction. I am now level 1 once I. Left the multiplayer game I saw stats board and me at level one. All my characters lost their rank. I usually only play multiplayer. Sorry just noticed it today. I played yesterday it was fine no issues. Thanks for your help
