Install update failure Plant VS Zombies Xbox One

I recently had to install an update for PVZ Garden Warfare on my Xbox one and now my installation is at 87% not changing at all. My Xbox one does not tell me that PVZ  does not and is not qued for any downloads. When I log onto the game the installation bar says 87% and I watched it for 5 minutes and it did not move 1 bit. I have Xbox live gold and I am signed into the Gold account if anyone can please help me that would be great, thanks

    Strange.  Try deleting all the PVZ data, clearing cache/power cycle and download again.  After downloading all the content - reboot

    Power cycle your console. Here’s how:
    On the console, press and hold the Xbox button until the light behind it turns off (about 5 seconds), which means the console is off.
    After the console has shut down, unplug the power cord and wait 30 seconds.
    Plug the console back in and turn it on using the Xbox button. Power cycling will reset the network card and clear the cache.
