I still play Battle for Neighborville multiple times every week. How has 3 years come and gone since development had stopped? It doesn't feel like that long. I can say the same for the removed content in GW2 as well. I remember starting to create my BfN guides throughout the game's development cycle, and I kept creating them after development was cancelled. It's a great game and I hope to receive some more content for the game in future, even if it is just the Unicorn Stuffy Hat for Switch.

  • I feel ya @EA_Shepard 🤣🤣🤣 I haven't played Fortnite for a few Fortnites or COD on Xbox for many months, but Battle For Neighbourville on Switch, I play every day, only miss a day once in a blue moon coz if life things lol, I can't get enough of these fantastic games.

  • hello @EA_Shepard . Not sure this is the correct way to say stuff, this is my first time using this site yayyyy, I am a huge pvz shooter lover, i'm also Chomper and soldier main, im pretty sure he is the strongest out of everyone as in gw2 his zpg literally one shots everyone (besides torchwood, can survive without the leaf shield confirmed") in bfn not everyone but i did managed to get 175 damage on impact on bfn somehow when the main cap is 150. Chomper is insanely fun specially pretending to be a pizza seller lol. my fav map is the lunar landing tbh lol. i love the low gravity. i tried sprucing up gw2 with some mods so i dont get bored, not playing with multiplayer as it would most likely be considered hacking. solo is fun anyways lol.

I think bfn had alot of potential even though it is discontinued now due to you guys not having the shooter team anymore. would be great if we got a new shooters in developments as i have tons and tons of suggestions and such for not just for character and character balancing but for game mechanics and such like for example, in garden and graveyard ops instead of 10 waves (bfn wave 5 situation is abit boring and too easy even on crazy) why not have infinite wave mode, each wave growing harder plus more rewarding the longer you keep the garden or uhhhh since it has to names ill just say grave-o-matic, longer you keep them still intact the more rewards you get. or we can remove it entirely and just survive lol.

these games are the best and i will never stop playing them. i just wish the shooter's team was still a thing and we keep getting updates or another game, man even a pvz shooter that will be the final shooters but get infinite updates would be awesome.

what i truely love about the pvz shooters is not because you get to cause comedy gold style chaos but you can also enjoy the scenery, the textures and characters, including the variants.

best of uhh. best of days to you and everyone else, hoping the shooters stays alive and possibly get a new shooters that keeps the goofy looks and returns of variants and possibly new variants (would be fun to create your own ngl) and not only that, it would be amazing for continuing updates for tbfn or gw2.

    sorry for the long post

Hi @RoxanneProtogen, we appreciate all the info you listed in your post. I will add it to my feedback when I meet up with the team to pass it along for any future updates within the series.

    Cheers!

  • Hey all! UnofficialITGuy here (or “bass_hit” on PSN). Stumbled upon PvZ: when it was on sale this past December on Switch and found myself playing it a lot. Eats up most of my gaming time while currently trying to 100% it. Figured I’d post an intro here after commenting on a few technical threads.

I’m based in Central TX but originally from Southern VT. Day job is in Tech Support (shocker) and I’m in my late 30s. When I’m not gaming, I’m roller skating, going to local concerts when I can, or tinkering with some kind of technical project (like making everything in the house HomeKit compatible). I have a son who loves PvZ1&2 but isn’t really into the shooters. Kid is awesome tho.

As far as the intro questions…

Which platform do you prefer to log into and why?

I remember playing PvZ when it first came out and playing it on my family’s PC. My mom loved it and played it daily until she had to get a newer Mac and 32-bit apps wouldn’t open anymore. For Christmas though, I found a solution and got her copy of PvZ running using PortingKit.

I’m a Mac user so most gaming is done through virtualization or consoles. I’ve always been a Nintendo fanboy so my Switch has been my go-to console since launch. I do have a PS5 that I use mostly for media playback but have been gaming more on that as of late. Been really enjoying BfN a lot. I have 100% on the 4 free roaming areas; 4 prize maps left to do; currently grinding in Ops to get all characters to Grand Master level.  Sad that I’ve there is no more single player areas to explore ☹️

    Plants or Zombies? You decide!

Zombies! Plants are alright but 80s Action Hero, Electric Slide (love seeing roller skating represented), and the Wizard are 🔥

I have Stockholm syndrome for Rose (reason why in next question below)

Which modes and maps are your favorites to battle in?

I’ve got the Flats in Ops down 💯 since finally clearing the Rose ops mission after hours of grinding. Planets aligned, gardenator saved. Last 1% earned.

Let's not forget about the merch! Do you have any unique items to share?

No merch per say but my SteelSeries TKL Pro LCD is home to a little Sunflower

    See ya around the Neighborville!
