Invisibility bug

I was playing the flag, and for some reason all the zombies were ignoring me. I thought it was just a bg in the wave and moved on to wave 2. I kept moving on and on, but they all ignored me.

This must be a very rare glitch, this is the first I've heard of it. I wonder what triggered it? There are various similar glitches you can exploit in the back yard, many people use them to level up characters quickly.
