Glad to see this got working for everyone! If it happens again let us know!
I've been hearing and saw on a forum online that Plants vs Zombies Garden Warfare servers would be shutting down. Is that true and if it is the case y? While it doesn't have a huge player base, it still has a decent populace that's still growing who are playing it and enjoying the game, maybe even spending money as I did last month. I know the player base is growing slightly because I'm still seeing people with low level ranks, even a few single digit ranks, playing in games. I simply ask u guys keep the game open because not only is it fun to play for the few of us who play it, u never know who might pick it up and play the game, potentially but doubtfully reviving it

- @EA_Shepard Lets hope it never happens again. Thanks again for all of your help restoring a masterpiece for the loyal community!

@MidnightW01f527 This was escalated to the team and shortly resolved. If you are still running into the issue, I would just reboot your modem and whatnot to establish a new connection. just tested it myself and everything for me is now working and I was running into the same issue as other players.
Cheers!
It’s fixed everyone !!

If this ever happens again in the future, is there a more specific kind of report we can give to escalate this kind of thing quickly? I am also very curious - is there any chance you can tell us what the issue was?

@Montaignes I honestly dont know what caused it. I was not here when it was resolved. I only got a message it was resolved. It could literally have been anything causing it.
Typically, to save time, we ask for the bug report info that I asked for. This way we spend less time gathering that info and more time sending it on over to the team so that they can take a look into it.
