Twister is being abused by Zombie players. They simply kick to close in then Spin to plants certain death.
It's not the damage that is frustrating, the freezing effect is frustrating since you can't run away to get out of it and can't use abilities to escape (hyper jump, husk hop, enigma/goatify, burrow ,etc).
I love when abusing it but hate when being abused by it.
Since in GW, we have fair rule that every ability should have a counter attack to it, this one is no exception.
Im glad to see the Imps force field getting a nerf.
