Lack of communication

I apologize about your experience with this, I agree that given how this impacted our players the message around this should have been clearer and shared in a better manner, I've sent on feedback on this matter to some of the dedicated teams. I know digging up information on twitter is never fun when you just want to enjoy yourself however Justin Wiebe who is the creative director for the game does share this information on his twitter account as soon as has it. I honestly think they care deeply about this game and they want to share it with our players as quickly as possible & Twitter is a great option for that: https://twitter.com/JA_Wiebe

I agree that the communication should be announced on this forum as well as PVZ GW2 official twitter account (not only Justin W since not everybody follow him).

Do you have update when the balancing will be deployed this week?

Note:

One feedback from most of us is NecRose is already balance. She is little bit challenging on early level but very OP on higher level. We don't think NecRose need a buff.

Hello @EA_Roger and thank you for your reply. I was thinking this post had been deleted for being negative.

Although I was angry and deeply disappointed at the time I wrote my first message, I still hope it will be taken constructively by Justin and his team.

I personally don't use twitter, and the reason I am informed by recent events is because of the good will of some players and frequent users of this forum, who share those information and links whenever something is happening.

I will favorite Justine Wiebe's twitter link to my browser for further reference, but I still hope they take the extra time to at least copy and paste their twitter updates here for all of us to see. I think, in the future, it will mitigate the confusion and irritation some us may have had.

Forget about Twitter; it's too alien for everyone to understand. Stick with the forums instead.

@MrTaliskerDude, we don't remove/delete content for being negative especially if it's constructive. That's fine I understand if you don't use Twitter, you aren't the only one, look at @SonicMaster92! 🙂 

I've passed on this feedback and I do hope we can get somewhere with this. No word back on this yet @asukojo!

I recently added Twitter to my phone for the express purpose of keeping up with PvZ and especially for GW2 and the game you guys are working on that we keep hearing rumors about but have no real details yet but yes please give us more communication here!
