Lag increase and hit problems

i posted the following in bugs & issues section i suggest following up on the thread there because it seems to me that it is there it belongs

I am experiencing a veriety of glitches on PC that directly influence the core gameplay

I have already checked all my hardware and software multiple times and I can easily run the game at ultra setting at steady  60 Hz..I have a very fast internet connection and my ping is registered around 45(in the game). I have forwarded ports on my router and disabled upnp. I have not experienced any similar problems on any other application or game.

1) Generaly unresponsive to controls, for example i have to press the ability key several times before something happens. This makes character that rely heavily on abilities unplayable (like orange or chomper)

2) Cannot seem to hit the targets consistently even if i see the "bullets" passing through them. This is especially true for explosives like the zpg. I can hit a group enemies dead on but then they get usually low damage or none at all. I on the other hand usually get shot around corners and explosives like the zpg always hit me dead on (even if i am sure i took cover in time). I have the feeling that other players percieve me as standing still even though i am dodging and jumping for cover.

3) Frequent invisible and soundless chilibombs and burrowing chompers that do not leave a trail or incoming invisible ZPG or other missiles are other worries.

4)  Damage will not register in a consistent way. For example i can get hit a couple of times untill i am down at 50% left and then the next shot will die. This is regardless of which enemy type I currently fight even if they can not possibly do that much damage with one shot or two shots . This happens so often that i am sure i am not hit by multiple enemies.

5) When interactions between players take place on the screen I experience something like a formidable decrease in FPS although my registered FPS is constant at 60 here. Also the camera seem to stutter irraticly around. Interactions can be like bumping in to another player or being hit by enemies. The more and faster things happening the worse the problem. For example when a scientist teleports towards me for an attack and jumps around while shooting the game stutters crazily (steady frame rate on my end though).

All of these issues makes for a very unsmooth experience with matches that seldom seem fair (not regarding any character imbalances or other intentionally designed aspects of the game).
