Level 46 Exploit/Hack (Happened to ZackScottGames)

I was in a multiplayer game and when I returned back to the backyard all of my characters were maxed out to level 46. I cannot get any of the character upgrades on any of my classes that I have not personally mastered. Reading Reddit I have found that this has happened to many other people and seems to be a common hack. This also recently just happened to ZackScottGames where he had the same hack to his account done to as to mine. He was able to get his fixed the next day however from EA. I went on their support page and talked to a few people but they seemed to not understand the hack. I am hoping someone can help me fix my account and get it back to the level I had it at before the hack.
